'BIZIOS SPYROS and CO OVEE' was founded in Argos Orestiko, Kastoria in 2005 and its main activity is the processing of limestone for the production of lime. The investment mainly concerned the procurement of a unit for washing and sorting additional aggregates, the necessary materials and work for its installation and operation, the construction of its base, the advanced technology of the sieve, washer and conveyor belts. 

The goal of the investment was the production of a new, differentiated lime product using new technologies (additional aggregates washing and sorting unit). To date, additional aggregates for the reinforcement of lime putty were produced from other aggregate-producing companies.

This investment achieved the following:

• vertical integration of the production process through the use of new technologies and the creation of a complete and integrated production line,
• direct supervision of every stage of the production process, resulting in high-quality premium products,
• achievement of new, competitive qualitative and financial terms in comparison to competitors and increase of the companyΆs internal added value,
• production of a new, differentiated lime product and new products through the exploitation of by-products and overall improvement of the quality of the company's processes-operations,
• reduction of operating expenditures (reduced electricity consumption, avoidance of unnecessary transport, materials, etc.)
