'ATHANASSIOS KOUKOUTARIS AEVE', trademark 'ALFA', was founded in 1986 and its main activity is the production of a large range of frozen dough products. The company is also commercially active in related products, but the contribution of this commercial activity to the company's turnover is negligible.

The enterprise proceeded to purchase a new puff pastry production line with integrated software from a Swiss supplier, as the old machine exhibited malfunctions. By purchasing the new production line, the company significantly increased its production capacity and the quality of the products it manufactures, and was able to respond to increased demand at the national and international level. Furthermore, the enterprise improved the quality of the products it manufactures, saved time, reduced labour costs and, as a result, increased its production capacity. 

Currently, the company exports to Germany, Romania, the USA, Cyprus, Serbia, the Netherlands, England, Sweden, Belgium, Albania and Spain, with very positive feedback from the international markets.
